Lullu's Ultime Notizie
(Latest News)
Hello everybody
As you can see, this is a short schedule for my classes. It is short, but it is excellent in its choice of chefs and menus. First of all, if you have followed my classes, you know about Arnaldo. My brother in law, who has done classes before when he comes to the States is 100% Italian. He is so Italian that he doesn’t speak any English. I will be his translator. He is charming, knowledgeable and definitely a thinker outside the box.
We also have a new addition to my list of chefs: I am very happy to welcome Matt Bennett of Sybaris. If you have not been to his restaurant in Albany, you are really missing some great dinners. He is also a very likeable guy.
We have as a return chef, Pedro of La Margarita. You know him, so you know how good he is….he has been in business for over 35 years, creating the best Mexican food in the Valley. He is going to prepare “Paella” which is one my favorite dishes.
What can I say about Karo, another returning chef? She is consistently good, fun and willing to please any customer’s wish…she is very flexible and creative in her cooking. This time she will invite fathers and sons/daughters - to a grilling class. Even if you don’t bring your father you can bring a friend, and we’ll still supply great food and fun. Yummy! The other class will let you celebrate Bastille day with some French dishes. Wouldn’t it be fun for you to wear the color of your flag and see how many have a French background?
We don’t talk about Lullu’s cooking – let me say that I don’t talk about my cooking.
The only thing I will say is that I cook Italian, and I love to do it.
Now, about Julian: his specialty is living food. That means his ingredients are not cooked at all. All the “good stuff” is not wasted by the heat. Just come in and check it out!
Buon Appetito and keep on cooking !
